With simple geometric features, but not at all simplistic, the design of the Lina bed lives up to the modern style of which the Italian-Brazilian architect Lina Bo Bardi was one of the exponents. The piece brings in its details the functional simplicity that marked Lina's work: the base of the bed has a removable cover, as the Italians like, making it easier to change the covering. The feet are solid, like those that support the opening of Masp, a project designed by the architect, and the headboard made of thin panels floats, although it is attached to the base with exceptional firmness. The bed can be combined with other pieces from the Lina Collection, designed by designer Everton Souza.
